Piano Open Mic Night!

The Pianist’s Sanctuary Open Mic is hosted by Ashley Pyle at River’s Edge Brewing Co.!

Highlighting pianists and their instrumentals or vocal accompaniments, this series of pop up events will provide a home for pianists of all ages to showcase their practiced pieces, seek feedback on original songs and revive old masterpieces from practices past, all in one warm and welcoming space.

Think of it as a community piano recital – has it been a while, but you still have a few solid songs in you? Are you rusty and want to shake the dust with a roaring applause? Are you a multi-instrumentalist who wants to add more piano to their repertoire? Do you have a child who plays and doesn’t have a place to perform? Then you’re invited!

Each event, in a ceremonial sacrifice to all the students who are put on the spot – a local piano teacher will give out tips on practice, stories of past auditions and performances, and will give their own recital as the featured artist – starting with Miss Ashley herself!
