In partnership with Women in Milford, join us on International Women’s Day for an exciting and educational experience!
10am-3pm, come when you can, stay as long as you like! Feel free to work remotely from the Taproom, enjoy a beer, connect & network and participate in whatever parts you can! You do not need to identify as a woman to attend.
The taps will be open if you’re interested in purchasing beer and the kitchen
River’s Edge brewer Nicole Fitzmaurice will lead the group in the process of brewing a new beer. This day-long process will be educational and you’ll be getting your hands a little dirty – if you want to pitch in, you must wear closed- toed shoes and it’s a good idea to wear comfortable clothes.
Women in Milford will also be collecting items for Anchored Hope Outreach, a nonprofit working to fight human trafficking by serving the needs of sex-trafficked victims. Please bring any of the following items for donation the day of the event: deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, face wash, body wash, Kleenex, wipes, hand sanitizer, mouth wash, bar soap, chapstick, q-tips, tampons & pads, washcloths.
We hope you can join us!
